Acorn TV Issues

If you have a question about, or an issue with, our Acorn TV streaming service, please write to AcornTV@acornmedia.com. Please include as many details as possible including what show/episode you’re watching, what kind of device you’re using, and what kind of internet service you have.

Please note that you can watch Acorn TV through a Web Browser connected to the internet, and configured as described below:
  • Browser: at or above -- Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.5, Safari 4, Chrome 3, or Opera 10.5
  • Browser Plug-ins: Most recent versions of JavaScript for your browser
  • Adobe Flash Player (10.0 or above ideally) or Quicktime player on IPAD/IPHONE
  • Internet Connection: Broadband internet access with 600 MBPS, optimal if 1.6 MBPS or above
Typically, the default settings on your Web Browser will operate fine. For example, JavaScript is enabled by default on most browsers. For optimal performance on return visits, enabled cookies is also recommended.
