I didn't order a download and didn't want it, I wanted the CD. The person I talked to was gracious and changed my order but it still took quite a while to receive it. I would recommend using USPS Priority Mail for deliveries rather than UPS. They take forever!

I enjoyed the whole series on PBS and wanted to own a set for viewing again, at my leisure. The setting is not the usual city, suburb, American town. It is interesting to see other parts of the world and this gives us a view of those parts. The acting is very well done and it is easy to understand what the actors are saying when they speak. They are all down-to-earth types of characters and totally likeable and funny. Even though they are not "American", their personalities and problems are totally "relatable". I HOPE that the writers will add a new sequel to Series 5. I'm sure it will be just as good as the previous ones. The writers do a fine job with the script, and the director does a fine job with the actors. Keep up the good work, folks.
