Just the right size
I hate carrying purses but it's a necessity. And when you're traveling, there's lots to carry. Needed a bag that was lightweight but sturdy - last cheapo model was great but quickly got ratty. This one is a quality product. I like the adjustable strap as often I wear it cross-wise. It will hold a water bottle, my wallet, cellphone, notepad, tissues, and BOTH my netbook and Kindle! Yet it weighs no more than my usual netbook/Kindle case.
Very neat well organized bag
Great bag for travel, large enough to hold smaller purse to take into restaurants or shopping when you don't want to carry a large bag.I will use it mostly for traveling, doesn't really look like a purse so a man could use it too. The only con I have is that it tends to slide off my shoulder. Putting the strap over my head and across the body helps.

Multi-Use Bag
This bag didn't quite cut it as a purse for me. HOWEVER, it made the absolute BEST bag for my new notebook computer!! I love it, I love it, I love it. I think your should include this option in your marketing.

Good for day trips for carrying cameras, phones, snacks. Thought it would be bigger.
Comfortable to wear
I've used the type of bag with a steel strap inside the main strap for security reasons. I think this is more comfortable on the shoulder and has plenty of space. By putting it across my shoulders it is as secure as the other kind.
