Interesting but Pricey
I received this as a gift from my mom. It is very pretty but I never would have paid $80.00 for it. My brother really likes it and thinks it's relaxing to watch. So if you like this stuff and don't mind the price it's very nice.
Loved Shifting Sandscape
This was a gift for my husband. He really enjoys watching the shifting sands and oils. We saw this at a party 2 years ago and I was thrilled to see it in your magazine!! Very fragile [...].

Good craftsmanship and excellent use of both colored and shimmering sands.....just the right amount of each.
For a son who can buy anything.
I like to get my son something different for his birthday. He has a good job and can really afford to buy himself whatever he wants. This was something very special. He has it on his desk at home and enjoys watching it change as he works. This year it's a drum pad.

Dreary
My husband was entranced by a sandscape that we saw at an art shop, and so when I saw this one in colors that would look good in our house, I thought it would be a great gift for him. But when it arrived the sands appeared much darker than in the catalog. The thing was quite dreary and depressing. I will say, however, that the wooden frame was very attractive and in general, the product was of high quality. Just not what I expected.
The whole family enjoys it.
The air bubbles in it have dissapeared. It is still very attractive and mesmerizing but not as much as when there was still air inside it.

It's a great, relaxing piece of art. Every time you flip it, you get a different picture. Had a small problem with a weak nail on one side so I told the artist/vendor about it. [...]I solved the problem in a second. After that, it was rock-solid.
